Gourmet meal workshop

Each year, the Festival invites a great Chef!

For this occasion, a menu of food and wine from Aniane is created in perfect harmony. The meal takes place in the presence of the chef and the winemakers. During 2 hours, you will have the opportunity to learn through testimonies and stories from the chef and to ask questions to all the producers. A truly unique moment of sharing and emotion!




Horizontal tasting

In the majestic setting of the Chapelle des Pénitents, take part in a horizontal tasting of the great domains of Aniane’s terroirs. Orchestrated by Daniel Roche (renowned sommelier council), you will taste 12 wines from Aniane’s domains in the same vintage … 2011. This unique moment will reveal the diversity of styles of wines produced on the terroir of Aniane. In the spirit of a tasting club, you will have the challenge of blindly recognizing these unique wines.

Discover the master classes! 3 meetings on exciting themes, combining knowledge and tasting: “Great wines for aging and their secrets”, “The magic of the whites of the Hérault Valley” and “Syrah in all its forms”

Taste workshop “Tour de France of goat cheeses”

Hosted by Daniel Roche. Pleasure is guaranteed with our workshop focusing on little-known and rare cheeses, all in harmony with the best white and red wines from Aniane.

“Great Beef Breeds” taste workshop

Hosted by Daniel Roche. In the presence of Boris Leclerq from the restaurant “les ears et la queue” in Paris and from the Grande Sieste estate. Here is a rare tasting for our fine gourmets of beef. Varied in flavors and textures, they will be accompanied by some delicious great red wines from Aniane.

Wine creation workshop

Hosted by Jean-Denis Pasquier, oenologist. We offer you the opportunity to create your own vintage. Alone or with others, you will taste the grape varieties, learn to recognize their characteristics to measure your wine. Go further by creating a label for your cuvée and taste each other’s cuvées to elect “the best drink”.


Tasting initiation workshops


Hosted by Jean-Denis Pasquier, oenologist. This is the wide open door to the world of wine. During 1h30 you will share the fundamentals of the tasting. More than wine… secrets will be revealed to you!
